The Knife MasterSHUGO KOKADO started his career as a chef when he was 16. Executive sushi chef at Buddha Bellies Cooking School, also works as a Sushi consultant, a private chef (mainly overseas). Experienced and acquired skills as Sushi and Kappo Chef in high-grade restaurants in Osaka.
The MastermindAYUKO KOKADO is a founder of Buddha Bellies Cooking School and an author of ‘Teaching Japanese Cooking in English’. She’s a professional sushi instructors certificated by JSIA (Japan Sushi Instructor Association) and a professional Sake sommelier registered by SSI international. She has been trained as a professional cook by one of the famous Japanese Kaiseki style cuisine (traditional Japanese Fine dining style) schools: Yanagihara Cuisinary School in Japan
