A pioneer of the Indonesian food scene, Chef Will Meyrick has built a reputation on pushing boundaries in his 25-year-strong career. The restaurateur’s career has led him from London, and on to Sydney, Perth and through South East Asia.

Will Meyrick focuses on local sourcing in a more thorough way than we’ve seen before, in a celebration of eating locally and seasonally.

Will is the owner of a string of successful restaurants scattered across Indonesia and Australia, and a renowned restaurant developer all around the world.
