Some collaborations are plotted on paper. NOM NOM Vol.14 happened because two chefs kept circling the same flavours, the same late-night cravings, the same Tokyo discipline, and eventually met in the middle.

Billy Ho X TABU brought Will Meyrick’s backstreet Japan influence and Bali-born momentum together with Hayden Taylor’s sharp technique, shaped in some of Australia’s best kitchens and refined in Bali.
