Chef Sofika, hailed for her deft touch at Sonny’s and previously Wildflower, masterfully crafts dishes like cuttlefish skewers grilled over coals and glazed pork jowl with finger lime honey, proving her as a true artist in the kitchen. SONNY’S, MOUNT HAWTHORN

Currently at the helm of Sonny’s, a standout bar and restaurant in Mount Hawthorn that is nominated in the West Australian’s Good Food Guide Top 100, Chef Sofika showcases her mastery over fire and fermentation to the forefront, provoking the idea on how simplicity in appearance can belie a complexity of flavors and techniques, bringing a sophisticated edge to the restaurant’s mid-century ambiance.
